Note to Customers

Although Entourage Hair Salon & Spa carries an array of professional products that we strongly we believe in, we do not support any products that are part of diversion, which are products that are sold online, at your local grocery stores and retail outlets. Products carried at these retailers are unauthorized, may be older than 250 days, and/or discontinued or even counterfeit.  Additionally, many of the salon products purchased at mass retailers are at least 10% higher than when purchased at a salon & spa.  Most importantly, the products that are sold to you at our salon are recommendations from your stylist who understands the needs of your hair care and knows the products best.

Entourage Hair Salon & Spa puts in 100% effort to carry more exclusive, higher-end products that we strongly believe in, and are taking a stand to only support products that are part of anti-diversion.

Our Policy

Exchange only on unused products within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our business all services are nonrefundable. If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, please let us know within 48 hours of your service.

Return Policy

Products only may be exchanged within 7 days. Product must be unused and include original packaging and receipt. All products are nonrefundable.
